The story
The problem with brochures
Most digital brochures are just PDFs wearing a website’s clothes. This concept asked a simple question: what would Airbnb’s brochure look like if it was designed for a screen from the very first page, not exported onto one?
Building for scroll, not for print
Every section is paced like a scroll story: full-bleed imagery, restrained type, and pacing that gives content room to breathe instead of cramming a page. Interactive moments (expandable stats, scroll-triggered reveals) replace the static charts and dense paragraphs brochures usually default to.
The takeaway
A format-agnostic layout system that could believably sit inside a real Airbnb marketing site, proof that “brochure” doesn’t have to mean “PDF.”
